Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Due to our limited stock, we may not be able to accommodate size exchanges. Instead, you may choose between store credit or a refund.
  2. Return Process:

    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
